Selecting a designer for success on the Web

Now you want to find someone to do your website. Your probably thinking I know a relative who said they could build me a website OR I have a good frend who dabbles in that maybe they can help.

It's up to you the way you want to appear, but the web is used daily by millions of people. Every single visitor you get is a potential customer. You never get a second chance to make a first impression will you succeed?

Make sure when you select a designer you see some work. Make sure you look around a bit and get a second opinion. Get some referrals from your potential designer. Get a solid agreement and make sure you are paying an actual company. There are bad apples out there so be careful.

If you see some good work, the designer actually cares about your business, they ask alot of questions regarding the way you run your business, and of course you have created a relationship you are on the right track.
